These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and Bumi4D ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://bumi4d.lat and all associated subdomains, mobile applications, and services (collectively, "the Platform").

Bumi4D operates under international licensing frameworks and provides online gaming services including, but not limited to, sports betting, live casino, slot games, lottery, live football wagering, and arcade gaming. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Platform and close your account.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings ascribed below:

To create and maintain an Account on the Bumi4D Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform. Bumi4D enforces a strict 21+ minimum age policy in alignment with internationally recognized responsible gaming standards applicable in the Malaysian market.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or automated entity) with full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Your jurisdiction permits online gambling or sports betting and you are not accessing the Platform from a restricted territory.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or agent of Bumi4D or any of its affiliated companies, licensors, or service providers.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list administered by Bumi4D or any recognized problem gambling organization.
• You have not previously had an Account on the Bumi4D Platform that was suspended or terminated for a breach of these Terms.

Bumi4D reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid Malaysian identity card (MyKad), passport, or other government-issued photographic identification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension pending verification.

Each individual User is permitted to register and operate one Account only on the Bumi4D Platform. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as reflected on your government-issued identification document, a valid and accessible email address, a current Malaysian mobile phone number, and your date of birth. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information whenever it changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. Bumi4D will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must contact our support team immediately.

Bumi4D reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide reasons for such refusal.

By using the Bumi4D Platform, you agree to use the Platform solely for lawful personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. You agree that all wagers you place represent your genuine personal entertainment activity and are not placed as part of any commercial scheme, syndicate, or professional service.

You acknowledge and accept that online gambling carries an inherent risk of financial loss. The Platform is provided as a form of entertainment, and Bumi4D does not guarantee that any User will profit from their use of the Platform. All game outcomes on the Platform are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or live events, and the Company has no ability to manipulate outcomes in any User's favor.

All intellectual property on the Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, text, trademarks, and the Bumi4D brand — is owned by or licensed to Bumi4D. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content.

Bumi4D accepts deposits via a range of Malaysian-friendly payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX online banking (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and others), 7-Eleven Cliqq cash vouchers, and cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20). Supported payment methods are displayed on the deposit page and are subject to change without notice.

All deposits must originate from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are not permitted. Where Bumi4D detects a third-party deposit, the funds may be frozen pending investigation and may ultimately be returned to source with no liability to the Company.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply per transaction and per method, as displayed at the time of deposit. These limits may be adjusted based on your account tier, verification status, or at the Company's discretion. Bumi4D does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment service provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which Bumi4D accepts no responsibility.

All deposits are made in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing market rate at the time of transaction confirmation. Bumi4D is not responsible for fluctuations in cryptocurrency exchange rates between the time of initiation and confirmation.

Withdrawals may be requested by verified Users at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. To submit a withdrawal, your account must be fully KYC-verified, your Real Money Balance must meet the minimum withdrawal threshold, all applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds must be satisfied, and your account must be in good standing with no outstanding investigations or disputes.

Bumi4D targets the following indicative processing times, which are not guaranteed and may be affected by banking processing times, public holidays in Malaysia, or technical factors: e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) — typically 5 to 30 minutes; FPX bank transfers to Maybank, CIMB, or Public Bank — typically 30 minutes to 2 hours; cryptocurrency USDT TRC20 — typically 30 to 60 minutes pending blockchain confirmation.

Withdrawal payments will only be made to a payment method registered in your name. Bumi4D reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts exceeding standard thresholds.

Bumi4D reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits based on account tier, verification level, or at the Company's discretion. Players at higher VIP tiers may be eligible for increased daily and monthly withdrawal limits.

Bumi4D offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, which will be communicated at the time of offer. In the event of any conflict between bonus-specific terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the bonus-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, the following general bonus conditions apply:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds must be wagered the stated number of times (e.g., 10x, 15x, 20x) before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Maximum Bet Restriction: When using Bonus Funds, your maximum bet per spin or round is typically capped at MYR 300 per round. Exceeding this limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus.
• Game Contribution: Slot games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Live casino and table games may contribute as little as 10%–20%. Specific contribution rates are listed per promotion.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses not used within the stated validity period (typically 7, 14, or 30 calendar days from claim) will be automatically voided.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one active promotion may be in use per account at any given time, unless otherwise stated.
• Bumi4D reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Bumi4D applies rigorous anti-fraud monitoring to all bonus claims. Any User found to be exploiting bonuses through coordinated play, abuse of promotional mechanics, or creation of multiple accounts will have their bonus forfeited and account suspended.

All bets placed on the Bumi4D Platform are final once confirmed. Bets may not be cancelled or amended after confirmation except where expressly permitted under the specific rules of a game or event type. It is your responsibility to verify all bet details — including stake amount, selection, and market — before confirming any wager.

In the event of an obvious error in odds pricing, game malfunction, or technical fault that materially affects the outcome of a wager, Bumi4D reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the User's account. Winnings based on demonstrably erroneous odds will not be paid.

For sports betting markets including Liga Super Malaysia fixtures, English Premier League matches, UFC events, and international football: all bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body. Bumi4D's settlement decision shall be final.

Maximum payout limits per bet, per day, and per event apply and are displayed within the relevant betting interface. Bumi4D reserves the right to limit bet amounts for any User at any time.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Bumi4D Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Opening, operating, or accessing more than one account on the Platform;
• Using another person's identity, payment methods, or account credentials without their explicit consent;
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring of transactions, or any activity that appears designed to conceal the origin of funds;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in place of genuine human play;
• Participating in any form of collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities — any such discovery must be reported to Bumi4D support immediately;
• Using VPN or IP masking tools to circumvent geographical restrictions or access the Platform from a prohibited jurisdiction;
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals after a deposit has been credited to your account;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Bumi4D staff or other Platform users;
• Any other conduct that Bumi4D, in its reasonable judgment, determines to be dishonest, abusive, or detrimental to the integrity of the Platform.

Bumi4D reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, failure to complete KYC verification, or conduct deemed harmful to the Platform or other Users. In the event of suspension, Bumi4D will make reasonable efforts to notify the affected User, though this notice may be provided after action has been taken where time-sensitive fraud prevention is required.

Upon permanent account closure by either party, any Real Money Balance remaining in your account (net of any applicable bonuses that have not met withdrawal conditions) will be returned to you via your last active payment method, subject to completion of verification requirements. Bumi4D is not obligated to return funds where an account is closed due to confirmed fraud, money laundering, or a material breach of these Terms.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our customer support team. Voluntary closures for responsible gambling reasons will be processed with priority and you will be signposted to relevant support resources.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bumi4D and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or loss of anticipated savings.

The Platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Bumi4D does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Bumi4D does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information provided on the Platform, including odds information and game results.

In jurisdictions that do not permit the exclusion of certain implied warranties or the limitation of certain damages, Bumi4D's liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by applicable law. In all cases, Bumi4D's aggregate liability to you arising from or relating to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total value of your Real Money Balance at the time of the event giving rise to the claim.

Bumi4D collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering for an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected includes, but is not limited to: your full name, Malaysian IC or passport number, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, residential address, payment method details, transaction records, device identifiers, and platform usage data. This data is used for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and service improvement purposes.

Bumi4D applies industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to all data transmissions. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Bumi4D holds its operating license. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to first seek resolution through Bumi4D's internal complaints process.

Bumi4D will acknowledge formal complaints within 5 business days and aim to provide a resolution within 30 calendar days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, it may be referred to an independent alternative dispute resolution body as specified in Bumi4D's licensing conditions. The Company's decision on all gaming disputes will be final in the absence of demonstrable technical error.
